1/2 pound (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms
1 cup of sugar snap peas or snow peas, ends removed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
In a medium
skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, sliced mushrooms and peas and
stir fry 3-4 minutes until cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve
immediately.
